About the Bartlett
Festival of the Arts
For the past 7 years, Arts
in Bartlett, the local arts council in this
thriving Illinois community 35 miles northwest
of Chicago, has presented Bartlett only juried
fine arts show. Arts in Bartlett, a dynamic
all-volunteer nonprofit organization, prides
itself on presenting high-quality, yet
affordable fine arts and fine crafts in this
highly anticipated annual event. It is free and
held outdoors in quaint downtown Bartlett on a
grassy area in the Town Center at Main and
Railroad Ave. and on cement with vehicle access
within feet of assigned spot. The artist
breakfast and rest area is nearby in the
Bartlett Center for the Arts at 117 W. Railroad.
Free parking and local restaurants surround the
area.
The 2010 Arts Festival includes not only visual
arts with invited and juried artists, but also
children activities, music, dance, drama, and
artist demonstrations, attracting many visitors
to enjoy a wide spectrum of the cultural arts.

application deadline. $25 jury fee
April 15, 2010 - Jurying completed and artists
notified
May 1, 2010 - Booth fee checks due. $125 for
single artists and $150 for group artists
After May 1 Late charge
of additional $25 for both jury fee and booth
fees if space is available
May 20, 2010 - Last day for
cancellation and refund
June 1, 2010 - Artists receive more instructions
and booth assignment.
June 25 Early setup
available after 6:30 p.m.
June 26-27 Festival, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

PAPER APPLICATION
If an artist is unable to process slides
digitally and upload on our online entry, he or
she may download this paper application (link to
word document) or contact the Arts in Bartlett
office, 630-372-4152, or artsinbartlett@sbcglobal.net
to receive a paper application and have us
process slides digitally on your behalf and put
your application online for you. This
alternative application is available for a $15
service charge in addition to the $25 jury fee.
Please note the earlier deadline of March 15 for
paper applications.
