“The Beauty of Haiti” comes to
Bartlett March 15-27, 2010 at the Bartlett Village Hall

“The Beauty of Haiti” is depicted
in paintings, metal work, wood carvings and other media in a
special March 15-27 exhibit:
Bartlett Village Hall Art
Gallery, 2nd Floor, 228 S. Main Street, Bartlett
Monday-Friday
8:30am-4:30pm and Saturdays 9am to noon.
This exhibit hopes to communicate
the spirit, creativity and love of life prevalent among
Haitian people. A free reception is scheduled on March 16
at Village Hall, from 5:30-6:45 p.m, with a short
presentation by Rita Lopienski, who taught music with the
Haitian Symphony Orchestra of Holy Trinity School and
traveled 9 times to Haiti, and Ginette Leinbach of Hoffman
Estates, who is Haitian.
