Timeline:

March 15: Early bird Space fee due for Invited jury-exempt artists ($100)

April 1: Online application deadline ($25 jury fee)

April 15:  Jurying completed and artists notified

May 1:  Booth fee payment due  - $125 for single artist: $150 group or end space

May 15:  Last day for cancellation refund

Late Fees:

After April 1: online jury fee $40; paper jury fee $55. Late applications will be juried as they come in to fill available space and media needed. Contact art@artsinbartlett.org or 630-372-4152 to inquire. 

After May 1: Booth Fee -- $150 single artists; $175 group or end space

The 2013 Arts Festival marks the 11th year that Arts in Bartlett, the local arts council in a thriving Illinois community 35 miles northwest of Chicago, has presented Bartlett’s only juried fine arts and crafts show. Arts in Bartlett, a dynamic all-volunteer 501(c) 3 organization, prides itself on presenting high-quality, yet affordable fine arts and fine crafts in this highly anticipated free annual event. 

The Arts Festival is in a beautiful shaded park just north of quaint downtown Bartlett, 35 miles northwest of Chicago. Walkways, benches, gazebo and a playground make this a popular destination for local residents  Our famous artist breakfast will be served both mornings in the air conditioned Log Cabin in Bartlett Park and will serve as an artist lounge throughout the days.

A program with a directory and map of the artists’ booths, entertainment schedule and sponsor ads will be produced by the Bartlett Examiner and distributed to 11,000 homes as a pullout in the June 26th issue. Download ad information here.

Entertainment will be on the stage both days and bands will play Saturday evening until 9 pm. Artists may choose to stay open later Saturday but it is not required.  Entertainers please contact Rita Lopienski at rlopienski@sbcglobal.net
