Celebrate Asian Heritage Month and Bartlett’s “sweet” 16-year sister city anniversary with Miaoli City, Taiwan.

Arts in Bartlett and the Village of Bartlett, cordially invite you, your family and friends to attend a free performance of “Glorious Taiwan,” as Bartlett is honored to host a Taiwan-based international performing group for the second consecutive year.

“Glorious Taiwan” promises to be a fun, memorable multicultural experience featuring talent from the Formosa Melody Music Center (FMMC) based in Yilan, Taiwan (https://www.formosamelody.com/). FMMC brings Taiwan to the world stage telling colorful, expressive stories through instrumental, operatic and gong Fu presentations. FMMC has been renowned for cultivating exceptional musical, performance and dance talent to nurture professionals who shine on stages around the globe for more than 30 years.

The 16-year relationship between Bartlett, Illinois and Miaoli City, Taiwan, began in 2010 when a delegation from Bartlett, including the Arts in Bartlett International Chorus and the Chicago Hakka Chorus, toured Taiwan and signed a Sister City Agreement between the two cities.
